Job Description

1) Sales Plan & Implementation

Lead the implementation of annual sales plan through effective collaboration with dealers and other internal stakeholder, maintain rapport with key critical stakeholder to obtain relevant support involving external stakeholder, enforce implementation of corrective measures of issue and enforce superior customer services to maximize potential return in order to achieve sales target.

2) Operational and HSE excellence

Lead the operational and HSE excellence enforcement by review compliance to station operations work process manual, HSE policy and procedure, undertake governance and assurance exercise and support implementation of identified station improvement in order to sustain station operational and HSE excellence and safeguard PDB reputation

3) Dealer & Station Management

Undertake dealer and station performance management by review dealer and station compliance through the site visit, review and monitor stations’ data and reporting, highlight non-compliance issues in ensuring high level of customer service, housekeeping and business management, resolve key operational issues and identify dealers development requirement to ensure safe operations as well as to provide continuous support and growth to PDB business.

4) Sales Performance management

Monitor sales performance of trading areas by review and analyse sales performance of own trading areas, review station TAR, identified financial issues and recommend intervention to mitigate financial risk to PDB and ensure continues throughput per station, positive growth and income per station.

5) Market Intelligence

Identify and highlight critical business problems and development of plans (e.g. technology implementation, operational improvement services, etc.), support the analysis with benchmarking on competitor’s best practices within the trading areas for market data collection to support retail business strategies to sustain PDB retail market leadership.



  • A degree preferably in Business/Marketing/Economy or other related field. Professional qualification or advanced degree will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years experiences in marketing of which 3 years in retail business.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the oil & gas and Retail industry.
  • Strong experience across retail business and able to plan, lead and control a sales team.
  • Good networking with industry thought-leaders and policy-makers.
  • Excellent grasp in business analysis, research, forecasting and strategy development.
