  • potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Email Support
  • Handle comments and views on Google Play Store and App Store, regarding the Application of Client.
  • Outbound calls for events
  • Live Chat Support
