Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Thai Speaking Transaction Processing Analyst.

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:

1) Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.

2) Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

3) Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

4) Coordinate with Thai counterparts using Thai language as the main language for communication.

5) Responsible for processing all invoices and claims in the Accounts Payable system on behalf of the client from basic to complex transactions. This includes timely processing of PO/non PO invoices, includes debit/credit notes, expense and reimbursement claims, and affiliate invoices.

6) Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her team lead from time to time. 

Candidates must be in the Philippines and willing to work in BGC or other location within Metro Manila.
