Job Description
Position Overview:
  • Responsible to train dealer personnel (sales) and internal associates. 
  • Responsible to assist in developing related training materials and training plan. 
  • Liaise with, and update progress to (when necessary) senior management. 
  • To liaise with other departments and contribute to matters that can improve Customer’s Satisfaction level 
  • Effectively communicate relevant information and updates to training team members 
  • Assist in any ad hoc events when necessary. 

Reporting to:
  • Head of Department, Dealer Fundamental Training. 
  • Head of Department, Training & Development Management. 

Education & Experience:
  • Degree or diploma in any discipline. 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in training preferably in the Automotive Industry. 

Skills required:
  • High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Effective Training skills with human interaction/psychology skill. 
  • Good command of English & Malay language, both written and spoken. 

Other responsibilities:
  • Provide both summary and detailed reporting when requested. 
  • To perform "other" duties when requested. 
  • Willing to travel.
