Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organisations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness
Design and develop effective training curriculum to support the learning and development needs of store level
Review, enhance and measure effectiveness of existing training curriculum to improve work performance
Conduct training for Area Managers, Retail Coaches and Store Managers in line with the training curriculum
Evaluate the retail trainer's capabilities to ensure training standard is up to expectation Collaborate with operations team to identify staff that needs to attend the refresher course
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experinece in Food Industry, Retail Chain OR Consumer Industry (FMCG) will be an added advantage. Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Able to travel and visit retail stores Is people oriented, highly self-motivated and able to articulate training objective towards the audience Proven track record in designing and executing successful training program Excellent presentation and coaching skills

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
