Job Description:

  • Previous experience in processing travel claims, and understanding of travel policies and procedures 
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR and Finance 
  • Highly competent in customer service 
  • Significant and solid SAP knowledge is essential 
  • Plan and prioritize own activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times through positive and successful customer relationships 
  • Provide support and assistance to customers through email or phone. 
  • Assist with scanning and creating manual forms
