Company Overview
We are representing our public listed client who is looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening. Our client has a broad network of customers locally as well as internationally. 

  • Compilation, processing and submission of required documents to Banks for new application of banking facilities and review & restructuring of group existing banking facilities.
  • Operational functions related to the utilization and maintenance of company banking facilities.
  • Administrative functions related to the operation of company banking facilities.
  • Preparation of payment to all related parties and its related administrative functions in respect to company's importation of goods.
  • Checking on L/C received and supervision works in respect of L/C negotiation.
  • Monitoring of all incoming proceeds under export.
  • Preparation and submission of documents required by Banks in respect of L/C issuance.
  • Assist in vetting legal documents in respect of banking facilities, tenancy and sales & purchase agreements.
  • Assist in managing and helping Forex Exposure.
  • Prepare and analyse financial projections and feasibility study on new projects to be undertaken.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year(s) of working experience in the handling banking facilities and treasury functions is required for this position.
  • Required language (s) :Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • Working Hours : 5 1/2 days per week.
  • Preferably female candidate.
