Job Description
• Handling all incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellence customer service skills to meet on exceed customer needs

• Follow up and resolve customer complaints problems and ensure it’s close to satisfaction

• To respond positively and openly to feedbacks from team leaders & colleagues

• To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints
