Job Description
We are currently having an excellent opening for the role of Specialist IT Application Management

You will be working on the Permanent Employee of Optimum Infosolutions and through Optimum you will be deployed to Cyberjaya for one of the leading IT client


Contract Tenure- 5 Months-Renewable on project requirement.


Client- IT Client

Active Directory User and Computer object ,Client Operating System (Windows 10),Microsoft Office / Exchange / Skype

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge in client workstations OS and software – Windows 10, MS Office

• Strong knowledge in active directory, user/computer object and domain membership

• Knowledge in programming and scripting such as PowerShell, batch, VB is an added advantage

• Knowledge and certification in ITIL is an added advantage

• Understanding in client workstations management – SCCM and GPO

• Understanding in virtualization tool such as VMWare and HyperV

• Speak, read and write proficiently in English for both technical and non-technical audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues

• Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify issues and perform troubleshooting steps to restore service to customers.

• Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions

• Recreates, identifies and provides input on unique or recurring customer problems

• Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution

• Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair client systems.

• Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use operating system.

• Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction.

• Attend to customer’s issue and restore service in timely manner.
