Job Description
Responsibilities:
  •  Partners with Project Manager, internal business stakeholders, and functional teams to define content requirements and strategy that best achieve business goals.
  • Writes and edits digital content that helps the users to solve their problem and help them have fun using the product.
  •  Ensures content and design meet business objectives and user needs.
  •  Ensures online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance.
  • Reviews analytics on an ongoing basis to understand user behavior to manage and shape content and messaging strategies.
  • Evaluates the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change.
Minimum Qualifications  Requirements:
  •  BA or MA in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3+ years creating online/digital content.
  •  A wordsmith, have superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  •  A proven track record collaborating on projects to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of interaction design and information architecture with regards to content strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate in writing, be it brand communication or product information, campaign and  always on content.
  •  Knowledge and interest in digital products are a must.
  • Knowledge in banking would be a bonus.

First discovered in 2006 the Alephian is a rare species. Its outer appearance allows it to blend in easily with distant cousin, the Homo Sapien. Though they look alike, there are key differences pertaining to its intellect, creativity, and grit. A highly collaborative species the Alephian loves to gather together and exercise great creativity to accomplish large difficult projects for its counter part in the natural hierarchy: *"the client"*.

The Alephian's natural habitat is in the mobile and internet space where its nimble fingers and outstanding control of Wacom pens creates beautiful websites, apps, and campaigns.

A peculiar characteristic is the Alephian ability to communicate relevant information consistently. This is highlighted by a Friday morning tradition where they gather around food and exchange knowledge. This appears to be an effort to become a better group of species.

When not at work, Alephians can be found enjoying Southeast Asia’s beautiful resorts and beaches, planning a theme party or cycling together. And if you ever walk by, put your hand up. Alephians love giving high fives.
