Job Description
- Achieve product wise, monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms.
- Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers.
- Meet customers at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of all SKU’s in adequate quantity.
- Undertake timely and effective implementation of Company’s Product Promotion Plan to enhance sales and prescription of Company products.
- Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports, expense claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities.
- Prepare Standard List of Customers (SLC) based on market research so that the doctors, pharmacists and institutions are properly selected and constantly updated. 
-During in-clinic/in hospital activity, diligently detail products to improve prescription, brand image and corporate image.
-Make recommendations to superior on business development activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets.
