Job Description
• Achieve product wise, monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms.
• Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers.
• Meet customers at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of ll SKU’s in adequate quantity.
• Undertake timely and effective implementation of company’s Product Promotion Plan to enhance sales and prescription of AJB products.
• Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports, expense, claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities.
• Prepare standard list of customers (SLC) based on market research so that the doctors, pharmacists and institutions are properly selected and constantly update.
• During in-clinic/in hospital activity, diligently detail products to improve prescription, brand image and corporate image.
• Make recommendations to superior on business development activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target market.
