• Achieve product wise, monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms. • Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers. • Meet customers at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of ll SKU’s in adequate quantity. • Undertake timely and effective implementation of company’s Product Promotion Plan to enhance sales and prescription of AJB products. • Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports, expense, claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities. • Prepare standard list of customers (SLC) based on market research so that the doctors, pharmacists and institutions are properly selected and constantly update. • During in-clinic/in hospital activity, diligently detail products to improve prescription, brand image and corporate image. • Make recommendations to superior on business development activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target market.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
