Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Vietnamese Speaking Transaction Processing Analyst.

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:


- Manages and execute Order to Cash processes providing bilingual ;

- Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)

- Manages and execute Procure to Pay processes providing bilingual services and/or;

- Helpdesk, Contract Administration, requisitions, invoice processing, procurement card administration, travel and expense claims, payment processing and reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)

- Manages and execute Record to Report processes providing bilingual services and/or;

- Cash management and banking, intercompany, journals, reconciliations, period close and consolidations, financial and tax reporting, fixed asset administration

- Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required

- Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions

- Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement

- Collate and extract data, produce schedules, status summary, reports etc

- May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested

- Coordinate training and team development activities if applicable
 
Candidates must be in the Philippines and willing to work in BGC or other location within Metro Manila.
