Job Description

The client is a service based industry enhancing elderly and disability lives, allowing them to live with as much joy and purpose as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Email Management/Filtering
• Follow-up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
• Calendar Management
• File Management
• Database building
• Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters or others
• Personal errands (purchasing gifts for loved ones / family members online)
• Hotel and Flight Booking
• Creating basic reports (summary of other employee hours)
• Manage your Blog (Basic WordPress Skills)
• Publish posts on your Blog


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook - emails and calendars

• Ability to learn to navigate WordPress with training. Ability to research online

• Strong online research skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - AU time

• Amenable to start immediately
