Company:

The client is an independent real estate agency offering industry-leading property management, sales & buyer’s advocate services to the Brisbane property market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing rental applications (including phoning & emailing tenants, other agencies, etc, for required information)

• Assist on leasing & business development side of the business.

• Creating leases & emailing them to tenants

• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Strong English speaking and writing skills

• Experience in using MS Excel & Word 2013

• Background in real estate

• Strong attention to details

• Strong online research skills

• Well organized and able to accomplish daily tasks

• Willing to work part time - Au time

• Amenable to start immediately
