Company:

The client runs a music management and recording company.

Job Description:

• Scheduling

• Responding to emails and handling basic task

• Research

• Data entry

• Digital content management (music, video, lyrics, song writer info)

• Calling clients and contacts

• Answer telephone calls (potentially)

• Paying bills

• Buying products online

• Comparing prices and products / tools / services.

• Project management

• Document writing

• Data Entry

• Light graphic editing

• Website editing

• Copywriting

• Content creation

• Organization

Skill Set:

• 2 to 3 of relevant professional experience

• Experience with Wordpress Development

• Google suite (gmail, google calendar, google drive, google sheets, google docs, etc.)

• Strong customer service experience

• iMessage, sharing photos/video/audio/links through iMessage

• Top level English speaking and writing skills

• Light graphic designs and Wordpress design (no HTML required) skills

• Strong problem solving skills - Look to solve issues or have educated questions to get them to the end goal

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US Timezone

• Amenable to start immediately

Must Haves:

• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X
