History: RBS developed application software for the IBM S/36 range of computers and then moved on to IBM AS/400 series using RPG programming language. We developed business software application solutions for the financial industry as well as for distribution / manufacturing industries. In 1995, we made a decision to move to the Microsoft platform and become an hardware-independent software vendor. Today, we use Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as our main programming tool to develop client-server and web-based 3-tiered architecture business application solutions for the financial industry. Our database of choice is Microsoft SQL Server.

It is a suite of systems and they include Unit Trust Registration System, PRS Registration Systems, Sales Channel Management and Commission System, i-Service System, Dashboards, Datamart, Fund Accounting and Portfolio Management System. The company provides the necessary consultation, functional specifications, customization and implementation services to meet the customers' business requirements. Our products are client-server and web-browser based.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
