Job Description
  • Responsible for searching new partners, agents, distributors and other channels for POS (point-of-sale) products, sales KPI, sales target and sales review for current and future business growth within Malaysia; 
  • Conduct market research and assess markets and customers including market trends, customer segments, risk management and other factors that affect Company’s strategies; 
  • Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture aligned with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; matching customers’ needs with POS products and services; 
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations; 
  • Full ownership of assigned partners, agents and distributors, to define and execute partner sales and business plans for growing business; and joint marketing campaign with channel partners in multiple fields; 
  • Act as liaison, to work closely with agents and other channels to solve customer’s issues promptly; 
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relationship and ensure the customer data are updated on regular basis; 
  • Develop new relationships by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; attending sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and/or post-graduate diploma 
  • At least 3 years of channel sales or business development experience is required, familiar with POS sales, preferably in management role 
  • Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an added advantage 
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin 
  • Must be willingly to work in Kuala Lumpur area 
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative 
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership 
  • Business acumen with strong market knowledge and understand customer needs 
  • Able to define implement and innovate sales plans 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented 
  • Good presentation skills and maintain professionalism
