Job Description
1. Process escalated JIRA tickets from call center
2. Respond to client, cardholder and call center emails
3. Act as liaison for Account Managers and CAS team members on client inquiries and escalations
4. Request Call Pulls and review, providing feedback to Account Manager or client. Provide feedback and additional training to call centers based on the outcome of the calls.
5. Participate in client visits and training as needed
6. Represent Customer Service on company initiatives and projects
7. On call rotation coverage for call centers during non-core hours and weekends
8. Participate in weekly call calibrations sessions, looking for processes or procedure enhancements for the call centers
9. Communicate changes to programs or outages to call center via alerts
10. Regulatory complaints (receiving, research, response, approval, submission)
11. Create month-end complaint documentation and reporting
12. Conduct monthly review of complaints with Compliance, and research any outstanding items
13. Research, respond to, and distribute social media inquires
14. Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail to team
15. Liaison internally with fraud team, and with external contractors in regards to any fraud changes

salary: 3500 MYR
