Job Description
1. Lead and supervise the customer team.

2. Manage all defects complaints and hand-over services.

3. Conduct Pre-Delivery-Inspection (PDI) with Project Team.

4. Work closely with other departments in Vacant Possession (V.P.) handover process.

5. To develop and manage 1-Stop Service Center (1站式服务站) to provide total customer care solutions.

6. Attend to purchasers complaint(s) and maintain good relationship with all purchasers at all time.

7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements and company policies and procedures.

8. Liaise with relevant authorities, Project dept / Contractors / suppliers.

9. To provide constant training to a team of customer service crew.
