The Project Manager will be part of the Retail Banking team. He/She will be based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Professional Services Manager who is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the project is delivered with required quality acceptable to the customer and within budget constraints and agreed timeframe.
• Be an effective communicator with the customer, team members, Biz Head, product specialists and the sales team. In short, the project manager is to be a focal point for communications, effectively.
• Be a good planner, both short and long term for the projects, customers and the project team members. She/He is expected to be driving, guiding, motivating and supporting both the project team members and the customer.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously through meticulous monitoring, controlling and documenting the projects’ progress, seeing each project through to completion.
• Anticipate, identify and manage any problems e.g. costs, timeframe, technical, staff morale both Silverlake Symmetri’s and customers’ that may jeopardize the project. The project manager is expected to resolve these problems within his/her capacity and authority before allowing timely escalation to the senior management for resolution.
• Provide inputs to the Biz Head and Professional Services Manager on team members’ performance. These inputs are based on set objectives at the beginning of the project for all team members.
