Job Description

1. Responsible for all aspects of relationship, sales and business growth for existing accounts.
2. Serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
3. Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue generation.
4. Consolidation and reviews of all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met; coordination to be done by Account Manager on all activities leading to the closing of sales.
5. Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Management team of any problems arise.
6. Coordinate activities for new contract or contract renewals for new or repeat sales
7. Work closely with project team in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project.
8. Aware and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
9. Managing sales pipeline
10. Report and provide regular input on all account activities and update sales pipeline
11. Understand competitors and understand identify threats; conduct thorough analysis and propose steps to overcome them.
1. Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in IT/Business/ Finance or any related field
2. Proven work experience as Account Manager minimum four (4) years with a good track record preferably in the ICT.
3. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
4. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
5. Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
6. Capable in presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
7. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well and able to work beyond working hours
8. Plans and carries out duties with minimal direction
9. Familiar with desktop applications: MsWords, Excell and Powerpoint
10. Detail oriented, motivated, goal oriented and work well in a team environment
