Job Description

We are looking for Citizen or PR only for below countries:

1.Malaysia – 2 Headcount - Budget: RM 10000 to RM 14 000 per month + 5% -10% performance linker variable ( depending on the level offered )
2.Singapore - 2 Headcount - Budget: SGD6000 to SGD9000 per month + 5% -10% performance linker variable ( depending on the level offered )
The person should have experience selling software to insurance industry and full understanding of the entire full cycle of Life/ General Insurance. We are ok with candidates from Technology Banking Sales or BFSI Sales and understand digital solutions across Insurance. In a nutshell this role is to ‘sell insurance software to companies.’

Scope of the Role:

Responsible for managing major existing accounts, develop new business and be responsible for client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strong relationships across the client organization especially with decision makers and influencers of the client organization.
• Prepare a sales plan, develop the sales pipeline and manage the sales plan to achieve the sales targets.
• Lead the preparation, discussions and all sales activities involving the right talent from the company, partners (where applicable) and client.
• Develop and deliver strong pitch via in person or remote presentations.
• Identify compelling reasons and establish competitive advantages for all sales opportunities.
• Help strengthen ongoing engagements and expand the coverage of solutions by working closely with the company product team.
• Work closely with the delivery and application support teams across Asia.
• Finalize and negotiate on price and payment structures and close deals that meet customer expectations and the company ability to deliver.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals in conjunction with the presales team, and subsequently present them to the client.
• Keep learning newer technologies and relevance with customer marketplace.
• Manage records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• On time payment collection.
Qualification & Experience:
• Any graduate, preferably with an MBA degree, 6-8 years of experience in tech sales and business development for the insurance industry in the South East Asia or Asia region.
Past sales experience in Life and/or General Insurance in covering solutions for agents and other sales channels, operations and customer servicing. Strong understanding of organization structure, processes and technology landscape in the insurance industry.

• Strong people networking experience, executing stakeholder management to drive closure of new business.
• Proven capabilities in excellent relationship management.
Good understanding of modern technologies used in web portals, mobile applications and automation.

• Good understanding of project delivery models for software development and application management.
• Experience in international markets with significant revenue growth achievements.
• In depth understanding of the sales life cycle and managing clients through the pipeline to contract stage.
• Strong business acumen and vision of business growth.
