Job Description- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
- To recruit, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
- Experience in expanding company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Key Skills and Experiences- Candidate who have experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or targets.
- Experience in sales of technical/engineering polymers.
- Excellent in people management skills.
- To work remotely supervise a team of salespersons and set profitable goals.
- Person that committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Possess strong business sense and industry expertise
- Willing to travel along Malaysia and ASEAN countries
- Strong knowledge in ASEAN countries thermoplastic market
- Highly proficient in spoken and written in English. Command of any other language will be an advantage.
