Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the realization of sales and profit targets in specified region consistent with the business strategy, with tasks include managing key accounts and customer relationships, establish sales plan and strategies to expand the customer base, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and acting as voice of the customers internally.

  • You will plan and monitor achievement of agreed sales targets in a specified area and for an assigned part of Siemens portfolio

  • You will complete sales and forecast accuracy related key reporting in timeline manner

  • You will develop and update sales funnel and customer database via CRM Tools

  • You will prepare, coordinate, and negotiate proposals (direct sales) in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management

  • You will manage key accounts in Public Sector within customer relationships, working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goal.

  • You will lead funnels from turnkey project for assigned part of Siemens portfolio; prepare, negotiate, and coordinate the realization of the projects internally and externally.

  • You will act as point of contact to customers in operation (product/quality) and financial related matters, and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer retention.

  • You will build strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business.

  • You will coordinate the realization of assignment, may coordinate, and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.

  • You will promote and support cross team collaboration internally to achieve customer-oriented approach to the market.

  • You will build a strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You are a Degree holder
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in sales/account manager
  • You have prior experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics field



Your personality and skills:
  • You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You can build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You are self-driven and takes ownership of your work
  • You are dynamic and energetic and can work under tight deadlines and pressure
