Job Description

1. Sales Operation Management for domestic market & assigned regions.
a) To create an environment that supports continuous improvement of the sales operation
of Account Sales Section.
b) To market company’s products to designated areas.
c) To develop new outlets and expand area sales volume.
d) To provide prompt feedback on market information to superior.
e) To submit outstation schedule and market visit report to superior.
f) To analyze and monitor the performance of sales staff and the credit worthiness of
customers.
2. Supply and Demand Management:
To manage supply and demand in order to ensure meeting the customers’ demand of
company's Products in domestic market & assigned regions.
3. Marketing Strategy Management:
a) Sales : To plan annual sales target of company's Products and monitor the sales
performance of the sales staff in domestic market & assigned regions.
b) Products Promotion: To promote products through promotion plan in cooperation with
FDA and Marketing in domestic market & assigned regions.
4. Client relationship management
Maintaining and improve business relationships with the customers.
5. Complaint Management for appointed customers.
a) To coordinate with related departments in investigating complaints.
b) To ensure investigation reports which are able to satisfy customers.
