Job Description



Client Background:
Our client was primarily engaged in the trading of plastic materials and currently in the distribution of plastic materials. We have been supplying different plastic polymer like ABS, HIPS, PCR ABS, PC/ABS, PLA, PC/PC ALLOY, and other thermoplastics. We also provide environmentally friendly materials, engineering plastic, electronic components, auto parts, etc. The company is optimistic about the prospect of biomass energy and has actively invested in bio-degradable materials: PLA. We now provide ocean bond, 100% post-consumer recycled plastic materials to take part in a circular economy for plastic products.
Location: Seremban
Headcount: 1
Tenure: 1 Year Contact (Renewable/ Convert to Permanent based on performance)
Remuneration: Basic + Benefits
Responsibilities:
1. Leading Finance & Accounts Dept and solving all related issues.
2. Review and control all Finance & Accounts Dept.
3. Review and approved month end financial report
4. Review and approved yearly tax computation
5. Review yearly budget on financing facilities
6. Ensure compliance to Statutory requirement and conformation with standard of accounting
7. Approve all financing documentation. To control exchange rate
8. Overseeing cash flow planning, controlling and monitoring
9. Review, approve or reject credit limit & credit term to customers
10. Management of operational targets and improve efficiency
11. Review all payments and all receipts voucher
12. To review all bank transactions and monthly bank statements
13. Prepare annual audit schedules.
14. Coordinate with other agencies. associated to complete the task well.
15. Responsible for other tasks. The delegate was assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Preferably Female.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant studies.
3. At least 5 years of working experience in accounting.
4. Have the ability to use accounting software as well. Especially the SAP program.
5. Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc) and other office equipment.
6. Ability to use English as well. (Listening, speaking, reading, writing) Chinese Mandarin
7. Ability to present and solve problems quickly.
8. Have leadership, brave decision, thorough, diligent, honest, patient and have a good working attitude.
9. Can track jobs Control work to be completed in time and work under pressure.
