Job Description :

.Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc. .To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company's policy and procedure. .To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, skype, phone or in-person. .Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets. . Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. . Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters

Required work experience :
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Knowledge of UBS and accounting/finance system is an advantage Proficient in MS Office skills 2 years experience , fresh graduates welcome to apply Good communications skills both written and verbal. Able to work extra hours when required.
