Admin-Update attendance card & prepare monthly attendance report for leave & absences -Arranging the courier dispatch & etc.-Managing hotel booking & flight ticket for Speaker & StaffHR-Process month end payroll, EPF, SOSCO, GST, PCB & ETc-Process other relevant payment such as Credit card ,Phone bills, TNB &etcAccount-Prepare monthly financial report-Issue invoice & payments receipts
Required work experience :
Minimum 5 years related experience
