Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper flow of office operations and support different departments by carrying out common office duties.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Update the booking for facilities (e.g. meeting rooms)
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
  • Liaise with technician for office maintenance (e.g. aircon, electricity, water etc)
  • Handle queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Sorting and delivering mail and documents to the appropriate recipients.
  • Arrange schedule for drivers, despatch and mover.
  • Renewal of car license, insurance and summons.
  • Keeping track of receipts of office expenses, providing reimbursement to employees for work-related expenses
  • Managing administrative budgets, monitoring operating expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Filing various documents and organizing office files in a way that can be easily accessed and understood.
  • Any ad-hoc task which requires by the management.


  • Candidate must possess at least diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay
  • Candidate must at least with 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Candidate with a PA experience, Secretarial or Corporate function would be a plus.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent time management skills, organisation skills
  • Strong record keeping skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
