Why does this job exist and why is it critical​The role of a
Admin Support Associate is to provide administrative support for the region and doubling up as the contact person for the region while having a support function to the Sales team (Regional Channel Marketing/Business Analyst /Head of Sales/Head of Region) to drive better capability within the sales team and assist in day-to-day operations.
What are you accountable for- Coordinate all logistics/accommodation for the total region team to ensure that all travels are worked ahead of time while working closely with Traveldesk
- Manage office day-to-day operations (maintenance, petty cash management, bill payments) and HR related matters working across with vendors and HQ P&O team
- Champion/ Region contact person for Employee Engagement and team activities liaising with Corporate Affairs, HQ P&O and vendors
- Supports the region in planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the sales events through effective communication with event organizers, dealers, and sales team
- Sales support for Regional Channel Marketing, Business Analyst and Head of Region on reporting tools
- Organise, plan and perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
What do you need for this role- Degree / Diploma in Mass Comm / Business Administration or similar related fields
- New or 1-3 years’ experience
- Must possess basic knowledge of MS Office (especially in MS Excel), background in systems management (SAP) is an advantage
- Strong team-player, able to work cross functionally and with people at all levels
- Able to converse and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Sales oriented
