Job Description:
  • Define, implement and execute growth strategies for the Shopee's KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Affiliates
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis and understanding of the market landscape, trending content, set targets and plan effective solutions and strategies for program growth
  • Initiate and spearhead both internal and external projects to achieve targets from KOLs recruitment to ongoing performance
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
  • Utilise various data pools and metrics in daily operations and provide insights and performance reporting of projects to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Proactively explore efficiencies in operational workflows to optimize business processes
  • Hire, train and manage a team of Long, Mid & Short Tail Key Account Managers to help grow and manage the portfolio of KOLs and Media Publishers

  • 6 to 8 years of work experience in Business Development, e-commerce or Management Consulting
  • At least 2 years of team management and leadership experience. Experience managing large teams is a bonus
  • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative
  • Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
