Job Description


  • Provide application support services including root cause analysis, software bug fixing, and testing and software deployment for enterprise application.
  • Author and oversee all technical documentation necessary to facilitate usage and adoption of applications, including user and admin guides; routinely review documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up with 3rd party vendors for product related defects
  • Prepare relevant reference materials and conduct knowledge transfer, application training sessions, incident resolution for recurring incidents with Knowledge base tool
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and recovery of batch jobs including day-to-day operation and management of batch jobs execution such as Adhoc batch run
  • Monitor Application’s heath to ensure there are no abnormalities. Implement detection and monitoring alerts, respond and resolve alerts.


  • University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years hands-on technical experience in enterprise application support
  • Solid skills in Java, J2EE, JSON, REST API, JSP, JQuery, JavaScript, PL/SQL, .NET
  • Skills in Siebel CRM (Siebel Product Configuration, Siebel Pricing, Seibel Tools) is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management framework such as ITIL, ISO9001, CMMI
  • Good analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, communication skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Application Maintenance / Support Specialist
