Job Title Sr System Analyst
Brief Scope
  1. Leads a team of Leads, Analyst, and developers (including recruitment, motivating and coaching employees to deliver goals)
  2. Identify skills gaps in the team and ensure adequate training and development
  3. Ensures business needs are met whilst delivering within budget and with quality.
  4. Ensures resources are assigned to various tasks based on skills sets
  5. Consistently looking for service improvements areas/plans.
  6. Engages stakeholders on a regular basis on the progress of the projects and initiatives

The following skills are required to be successful in performing this position:

Must have (maximum of 5 bullet points) 1. Possess self-initiatives with minimal supervision
2. Able to meet and comply to SDF, QMF and risk elements, which includes ensuring process, security, regulatory and audit requirements are met
3. Able prioritise and allocate resources based on project needs and deliver quality deliverables.
5. Must possess at least 6 years experience in iSeries, RPG/400, CL, SQL and IBM AS400 environment
6. Must have at least 6 years Application Development experience
7. must possess Credit/Debit Card domain knowledge
8. Knowledge in DevOps, Confluence, Jira workflow, Thenon See/Change, AR Remedy, API, Java and Cloud would be added advantage

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and analyse the requirement well. ask relevant questions Understand the requirement with the end to end process. Participate in BRD/CR preparation and reviews
  2. Look beyond the requirement and ensure nothing is missed out. Ensure requirement in BRD/CR are properly catered.
  3. Take initiative in developing teams development plan and discuss with concerned parties (in ILDP)
  4. Builds resourcing capability (quality and quantity) to meet business demands
  5. Achieve Common and other objectives across GT
