Responsibilities / Introduction
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 20 years experience in managerial role in FMCG / Retail / Sales environment at national or regional role. A proven track record of managing large teams of people. Excellent mathematical and statistical skills with attention to detail. Dynamic, confident, result-oriented, analytical skills, highly-motivated and possess good communication skills and people skills. Willing to travel across the country and also at regional level.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
Develop the strategic and business plans for the division within the strategic context, vision and goals of the organization. Lead our clients and your division in creating annual joint business development plans for driving growth of our clients brands at the Point of Purchase. Develop an effective divisional structure, processes and operational framework to support the implementation of our clients strategic and joint business development plans. Prepare and control the business annual budgets, review financial statements and utilize financial data for the enhancement of profitability. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate competitive terms where applicable and ensure appropriate allocation of Company resources in order to enhance productivity and profitability. Develop strong client relationship by obtaining alignment and developing and delivering on mutually established goals.
