- Provide leadership to a global organization so that team members thrive in meeting challenges
- Manage supply chain to serve global markets with a diverse self-branded product portfolio, by distribution through a global network of 100+ sales channels
- Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
- 15+ years of management experience in international trading companies, 8+ of which in a general management role for an organization of at least 100+ members (less experienced applicants may be considered for developmental positions)
- Experience working in the USA, Europe, Asia and leading diverse organizations are strong assets
- Knowledge of implementing ERP systems for production planning and supply chain management
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Station in Xiamen, China
