Client Background:

Remuneration: Basic Salary + Other benefits
·General Office Administration which include office cleaning management, manage a fleet of vehicles including company’s bus
·In-charge in maintaining office equipment and stationeries supplies
·Liaising with government bodies on Administration/Purchasing matters e.g. Customs matters, MIDA, MITI etc.
·Managing the purchasing function of the Company in sourcing materials and provide support to the production operation.
·In-charge of a team of Security personnel and ensure security matters are handled efficiently
Human Resource
·Overall in charge of the Human Resource Department daily function
·Payroll processing including coordinating on payment to all statutory bodies
·Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel including handling the recruitment of foreign workers and its application with Labour Deparment, KDN, Immigration Dept
·Conducting new employee orientations, performance appraisals etc.
·Handling of employee relations counseling, disciplinary issues and its procedures
·Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
·Well-versed with Industrial Relation matters and Labour Law
·Ensure compliance on all aspects of Human Resource Management
·Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of people.
·Possess a Degree/Diploma in any related field.
·Minimum 5 to 10 years of similar working experience in a manufacturing environment.
·Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
·Good report writing skills and computer literate.
