Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work with management on business reviews & periodic monitoring of the agency business performance, strategic priorities & initiatives thus, identifying potential opportunities/areas of improvement, for development of future strategies.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to consolidate & monitor the business strategies & strategic initiatives of Agency Distribution.
  • Handle analytics and planning such as performance statistics and periodic reviews of agency sales, recruitment & MAPA trends via segmentation approach.
  • Ensure timely readiness of performance reports & business updates to the management.
  • Automate reports from Microsoft Excel to Power BI.

Job Specifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Has a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision always.
  • Demonstrates high ability to learn and go beyond status quo.
  • Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Power BI or ability to learn and adopt Power BI.
