Job Description

To assist to provide verification and validation process to confirm that the software meets its technical specifications and business requirements pertaining to mobile applications.

Assist in test planning and control, test analysis and design, test implementation and execution for TM products with understanding knowledge in the industry development.

To assist in formulating and preparing testing requirements and test environments with related TM LOBs ensuring the success of end-to-end system integration.

To assist in analyzing business requirements and functional test scenarios and their feasibility for automation.

Develop and maintain mobility test scripts for the purpose of regression and test data preparation.

Developing and maintaining test data to satisfy adequate unit testing, systems testing, and user acceptance testing.

Find defects in an application/system and make sure that test requirements match test objectives.

Prepare test plan and test report.

Ensuring all test scripts, test cases, and results are documented.

Assist in evaluating test exit criteria and organizing test closure activities.

Assist to work with software developers to identify and promptly resolve any issues that may arise during testing ensuring documenting troubleshooting, and follow-up on issues found during testing including prioritizing them.

To provide relevant documentation for Test Planning and Test Closures in line with TMMi process to relevant approval to be obtained from the respective party.


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or any other relevant discipline.

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, automation test experience is an advantage.

Deep understanding of software testing, its main concepts, and processes: the whole bug life cycle; different testing levels, methods, and types; test estimation techniques.

Ability to work in an Agile environment;

Critical thinking and analytical skills to examine bug reports and prioritize necessary tests, what information to include in the daily status reports, and prioritize and estimate task execution.

Good communication, stress management, and teamwork skills to interact with project team members, clients, and stakeholders as well as work closely with the dev team from reproducing the reported issue and emphasizing the fix for critical bugs to understanding how the bug has been fixed.

High professionalism, commitment, and passion to go the extra mile.

Interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Experience in Web and Mobile Application Testing, work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, sound knowledge on process and procedure of internal and/ or external auditing.
