Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!The position is responsible to support in the management and implementation of key Brand initiatives, to drive brand awareness, consideration and preference.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, communication requirements will include managing requirements requests from Business Users, as well as briefing and managing 3rd party vendors.
Content Hub management:
  • Support Brand Manager in the development of the content calendar
  • Collaborate with Agency team to obtain feedback from key users of the content
  • Engage creative agencies on the development of the content
  • Quality assurance of the creative work

Customer Marketing requirements:
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing team on content for the monthly customer eDMs and managing the development, content checking and testing of the eDMs
  • Support Brand Manager on the development of the eDMs and My AIA push notifications for Customer Campaigns

Corporate Brand Initiatives:
  • Assist in the implementation of key brand initiatives
  • Compilation and submission of campaign materials for Brand tracking

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Purchase Requests are raised on time

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in brand management, communications, marketing, or related field
  • 5 years working experience, preference will be given to those with past experience in brand marketing / advertising and media planning
  • Experience in digital marketing, media planning and/or CRM is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery (Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia language writing skills are required. Ability to converse and write in Chinese is an added advantage.)
  • Independent, results orientated and collaborating with others within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to make robust decisions under pressure with considerations of practicalities and governance
  • Able to manage work priorities, and juggle deadlines, advertising & promotion agencies and media with ease
