Job Purpose
Functional Area: Strategic Partnership + Campaign Planning
The partnership operation assistant manager is responsible for creating and managing BIG Rewards & Affiliate product that maximizes BIG member’s engagement and affiliate commerce revenue for BIGLIFE. She is the subject matter expert for BIG Rewards and affiliate commerce at the company and help us set the product development and management plan to deliver on revenue goals and set the vision for the expansion of the business. She will work closely with the business development managers and cross-functional departments to ensure activities are properly executed from end to end .

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Legal, Analytics, Finance, Technology, Merchant Services and the Business teams. Support end-to-end merchant operation management throughout merchant onboarding and engagement lifecycle for BIGLIFE App and website.

  • Work closely with tech, product, analytics and marketing team to ensure promotion of commerce content, identify trends, promotion opportunities, and optimize content for distribution across email, app, web and social channels to drive conversion and sales for BIG Lifestyle & affiliate products and partners.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of affiliate business, technical aspects of linking, tracking, random validation, record-keeping, invoicing and partner collection for BIG Rewards and affiliate relationships.

  • Provide support to AirAsia Customer Happiness team, partner customer happiness team and internal Merchant Services team on any escalated BIG Member enquiries related to BIG Lifestyle or executed activities, campaign or product experience.

  • Develop relationships with merchants, retailers and online service providers to secure exclusive offers, campaign and negotiated commissions.

  • Track all KPIs, monitor, analyze and report on overall performance, campaigns relating to promotion of e-commerce products or partners on site, and the monetization of all products featured.

  • Tracking and measurement of partner’s campaigns with analytics campaign scientist to create performance reports based on learnings; address internal and external customer issues promptly and accurately.

  • Work with the Business Development Manager to build, develop and sustain relationships with partners for BIG Rewards.

  • Participate in special projects as requested from time-to-time
