Job Description

  • General Banking operations knowledge.
  • Candidates from Financial institutions from branch/backend/compliance areas may be considered.
  • Able to communicate confidently with customers and interpret the demands/needs of the customer.

  • Experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling customers through working experience in a contact centre/customer resolution unit for at least three years is an added advantage.
  • Able to handle and manage irate/difficult customers.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, and capable of writing business letters and emails
  • Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word and MS Excel programs
