Job Description

Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Handle and manage reviews, appeals, complaints and risk assessment portfolio. Maintain underwriting qualities, and support to relevant distribution channels. Provide customer friendly decision. Manage assigned portfolio efficiently.
1. To review and underwrite complicated case and achieve high settlement ratio. To evaluate
and countersigning cases recommended by the junior underwriter, to make prudent business- focused decisions effectively and timely. To ensure Turn-Around-Time and service level is
efficiently managed.
2. To engage with business peers/partners and act as professional to liaise with life planners
a) to provide technical consultation/advice/solution and guide agents to get the case finalized
b) priority consultation& underwriting services to premier life planners.
3. Able to conduct underwriting clinic/workshop/roadshow
4. Involve in Compliance screening related tasks & ensure continuous Compliance of
regulations/procedures set for Customer Onboarding Department. Provide priority services to
all complaint cases.
5. To perform other responsibilities & duties, this may be assigned from time to time by
Supervisors/HOD in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
