Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!The position is responsible for Partnership Distribution (PD) manpower strategic planning and execution of recruitment initiative to achieve yearly manpower goal.
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for strategic Financial Executive (FE) manpower planning and preparation of monthly recruitment forecast/ projection to achieve the business goal
  • Engage external recruiters for candidates sourcing activities, i.e.: provide clear requirement and expectation with close tracking of sourcing progress to ensure recruiter’s performance are meeting expectation
  • Explore alternative recruitment activities to improve quality and cost efficiency recruitment, i.e.: data-driven recruitment and recruitment profiling tool
  • Work closely with Bank Partner HR on FE manpower recruitment planning, progress tracking and process improvement initiative
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment screening activities, i.e.: phone / face-to-face screening
  • Conduct regular FE manpower recruitment and retention analysis to support and identify key actions for improvement of quality recruitment
  • Conduct regular engagement with Banca sales team as well as business partner to identify sales force requirement and to ensure optimize headcount placement
  • Responsible for recruitment expenses budget and cost management

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity with talent acquisition, preferable someone with experienced in data-driven recruitment
  • Experience and good understanding of the management in Banking / Insurance business and sales
  • Sound analytical and decision making capability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
