Job Description


Get to know the Role:
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing strategy and operations for Grab across the region while providing reports and analyses to demonstrate effective ROI to key stakeholders. You are the in-house digital expert and consultant towards local marketing teams.
The day-to-day activities:

  • Plan, setup and optimize 'always-on' digital advertising channels for all markets

  • Develop digital performance marketing strategy across business verticals for paid channels

  • Formulate quarter plans and budgets for performance marketing with local teams across business verticals

  • Own all performance targets and budgets across a marketing objective such as new user acquisition or cross-sell

  • Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale

  • Manage external media agencies and media owners, including regular evaluation of workflow and processes.

  • Conceptualize, develop, and test evergreen and dynamic creative to improve performance

  • Exploring innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of ad formats, mechanics, and user funnels

  • Work with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL

  • Educate internal and cross functional stakeholders on performance marketing best practices and strategy.

  • Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders

  • Be the digital expert for local and digital marketing teams to set up, monitor, optimize campaigns Being a thought leader

The must haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects preferred

  • Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks

  • Familiar with app user acquisition, app user retargeting have great understanding about tracking and attribution logic and tech platforms

  • Experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation

  • Performance-driven and direct-response minded when it comes to concepting and optimizing performance creative

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Have excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills

  • Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast

  • Good with numbers, analytical minded and possesses great problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyse data and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Familiarity with at least one South East Asian language is preferred.
