  • Monitor and control all pricing and inventory management based on demands, seasons, booking trends, customer profiles, and market conditions to deliver pre-defined revenue target.
  • Review fare strategy to ensure market competitiveness and to maximize revenue.
  • Manage a team of 4 analysts providing regular guidance and overseeing their portfolio to ensure their portfolios are performing as expected.
  • Ensure Management direction and revenue management principles are fully understood and applied by each analysts.
  • Perform and monitor route forecasts regularly, keeping track of the sales and revenue movement, monitor peak events that indicate a variance in bookings from forecast and provide recommendation to HOD to increase network revenues
  • Work cross-functionally with sales & distribution, marketing, network planning, scheduling teams to ensure capacity is operating at optimum level and revenue is maximized.
  • Lead SOPs development and amendment to align with business objectives and regulatory requirement and ensure team follows the SOPs.
  • Proactively develop business intelligence tools to improve efficiency of revenue management.
  • Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly and yearly route revenue reports for management.
  • Provide recommendations for new routes/markets based on market analysis and competitor movements.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in financial field. Experience in Airline Revenue Management would be advantage.
  • Experience in leading the team of 3-5 members is necessary and experience working with oversea/regional team is preferable.
  • Fluent Thai and English both written and spoken.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint; knowledge in SQL is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in communication possess strong managerial and directorial skills, analytical skills, planning, presentation and negotiation.
  • Good attitude, self-confident, initiatives, creative, reasonable for decision-making and have service mind. Leadership skills and be a good team player.
  • Be able to travel both domestic and international.
