Assistant Manager, Web Analytics - KL Sentral
Responsibilities:-

  • Working alongside the Function Head on tagging strategy for 16 lines of businesses

  • Proactively identify areas of growth and opportunities for our travel tech business to improve customer experience and conversion.

  • To integrate an array of tracking tools beyond Google Analytics

  • Partner with product team to track relevant product & business metrics

  • Data Analysis, Data Quality, and Implementation Strategy

Qualifications:

  • All-around analytical talent, you can think through a complex business problem, solve it and come up with actionable insights and recommendations. You need to have passion for innovation and new idea generation.

  • You must be passionate about data-driven decision-making, uncompromisingly detail-oriented, smart, efficient, and driven to help our business succeed.

  • You must be an advocate for our customers.

  • Minimum of 4 year of experience in web analytics.

  • Expertise with web analytics tools such as Omniture (Site catalyst, Adhoc analysis etc.), or Google Analytics, or Tealeaf a must.

  • Understanding of site tagging implementation best practices a must

  • Experience with raw click stream data highly preferred

  • Experience in A|B test analysis a must. Experience on multivariate testing, highly preferred.

  • Basic Javascript knowledge is a huge advantage.

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in marketing, business, finance, math, statistics, or computer science or other quantitative discipline.

  • Excellent logical and analytical thinking capabilities.

  • Leadership abilities to drive ideas across an organization.

  • Proven familiarity with SQL & Javascript.
