Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims
• Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in force
• Make recommendations and guidelines to insurance claims
• Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
• Process all insurance claims documents timely
• Answer inquires relating to claims processing
• May develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas
