Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!This position is responsible for ensuring sustainability of revenue growth of the distribution channels assigned. This includes building a strong relationship with key personnel in respective distribution channels, effective execution of new business acquisition and onboarding, maintain and ensure renewal growth. Besides that to work closely with other support functions to ensure smooth operations delivery for excellence customer experience. other detail job scope as follows :-
Responsibilities:
• Maintain renewal persistency as per target agreed.
• Conduct presentation to the assigned distribution channel as and when required.
• Proactively managing the day to day sales productivity activities to meet target timeline.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize profit margin
• Maintain and manage strong, on-going & amicable working relationship with clients.
• Responsible for collection of bills through proactive stakeholder management.
• Develop and execute consistent communication and channel marketing activities to ensure strong pull factor for AIA brand.
• Manage customers’ complaint professionally.
Adhere to standard operating procedure and ensure conformance to allocated budgets of business expenditure.
