Role Proficiency:
Able to work under close supervision of teams and leadership meeting deadlines. Comfortable interacting and asking questions to all levels of the organization. Have the ability to proactively raise issues or questions. Awareness of UST Global's structure and offerings necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outcomes:
  1. Constantly monitor and analyze trends across industry domains and technology areas.
  2. Perform customer and market research analyzing and interpreting; while identifying patterns and solutions specific to Industry domains and technology areas.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  4. Support the mission vision and culture of the organizationand the UST brandbygeneratingpositive communication in internal and/or external media(andin allsocial media channels).
  5. Create visibility fortheuniqueUSTorganizationaland employeeculture as well asrelay compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio.
  6. Collaborate on designing brandnarratives andstoriesforall types of media from traditional to digital; for all types of influencers including social governmental think-tank and other global thought leaders.
  7. Collaborate withUST Globalmarketing teamsand leadership to develop and coordinateadvertising marketing and promotional plansacross the portfolio and for recruiting needs.
  8. Manage end to end consistent external communication in line with organizational brandand marketing strategies while creating a detailedtacticalplanand calendarfor amplifyingeach specificcampaign through PR and social media channels.
  9. Analyze measure and trackmedia coverageand sentimentcontinuously; develop responses capture opportunitiesand triage issues/criseswhen needed.
  10. Working with other team members designing and implementing strategy to grow onlineinfluencerbase andoveralltraffictoUST social media channels. Provide analytics around effectiveness to management and leadership team.
  11. Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social medial channels refining core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.
  12. Monitor for any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels

  1. Prospect list count/growth
  2. Adherence to marketing processes
  3. Defined productivity standards for project
  4. Training/certificates
